Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to the main train station. The rooms, although small, provide most necessities, but lack minibars for personal items. The service was friendly, offering a map of the city upon check-in. The dining experience, though simple, was satisfactory. Overall, the facilities require improvement, but the value for money is reasonable.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station, offering good value and cleanliness with friendly staff. However, some room issues affected the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, being within walking distance of the Station, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the room I stayed in had several cleanliness issues that made the stay less enjoyable.
The hotel location is convenient, close to Termini, with helpful and friendly staff, but the rooms need significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The dining options are acceptable for a quick start to the day, and the facilities are basic.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room I got was on the first floor, and it turned out to be at Ventura hotel instead of Philia hotel. The curtains were dirty, the walls had dark marks, and the whole place felt unclean. The extra bed was filthy, the bathroom had an old seating ring that looked like it could fall apart any minute, and there was even duct tape on the hairdryer. Mold in the bathroom, water from the shower hose going everywhere, an unhygienic toilet brush, and a non-responsive toilet washer made the experience quite unpleasant. The shower drapes were too long, covering the drain which seemed clogged, and there were only 3 hangers in a massive wooden closet, unlike what the images portrayed. Overall, I was disappointed as this did not match my expectations from any other hotel I've stayed in.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient as it was very close to Termini station, and the staff were friendly and provided us with a map of the city upon check-in. However, the rooms had a bit of a musty smell due to the lack of direct sunlight, and the dining options were subpar with the need to eat from plastic plates. The price was fair for the value offered.
Staying at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were unacceptable due to various cleanliness issues, but the hotel is in a good location. The service was nice overall, although there were some moments of neglect. The dining experience was alright, with a decent breakfast selection. The facilities could be improved to offer a more pleasant stay.
I loved the hotel's central location, just a few meters from the mini market and close to a grid outside. We were given a triple room instead of a double but it was small, yet clean and cozy for us as a couple. Being able to store our luggage after check-out was convenient. The service was friendly and they even provided us with a map of the city, which was helpful. The staff was nice and friendly overall. The breakfast was very limited, but the cured meat was tasty. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to main attractions and within walking distance of the train station. A few minor issues like shower curtains too long and limited hangers were noticeable. Facilities were good enough for a comfortable stay.
The hotel room had some cleanliness issues with dirty curtains, marked walls, a filthy extra bed, and an old crumbling toilet seat. The bathroom had mold, a duct-taped hairdryer, and maintenance issues like a non-working toilet washer. However, the room looked recently decorated and served our needs well. The price was reasonable compared to a similar option near the Spanish Steps on Airbnb.
The hotel is conveniently located near Termini station in Rome, offering good value with friendly and supportive staff. Some cleanliness issues may need attention, yet it remains a quiet and welcoming choice.
